1. Introduction and Definitions

• An account is entirely personal — it may not be shared with or transferred to a third party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our customer support immediately.
• Failure to respond to a Know Your Customer (KYC) request may result in temporary suspension of the account.

At the time of registration or at any stage of using the services, 3k44 may request government-issued identity documents, proof of address or other documentation to verify identity. This is part of our security process and is done for the safety of the user.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to use the services of 3k44:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account or using the services by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must have the means to play with your own money, and using another person's money is prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, 3k44 may temporarily delay a withdrawal for additional verification.
• All transactions carried out on the account will be recorded in our central system and this will be considered the final record in the event of a dispute.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where currency conversion applies, it will be completed at the applicable rate and the cost of conversion is the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

3k44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when accepting these offers:

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you may withdraw after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, device, IP address or household.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer may have its own wagering requirements, validity period and game restrictions.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are accounted for separately. Where applicable, real money funds will be used first.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the platform will determine the order in which they are used.
• If a breach of bonus terms is suspected, 3k44 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled automatically.

3k44 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time. In bonus-related disputes, the decision of 3k44 is final.

6. Gaming Rules

It is the responsibility of every user to follow the rules below while playing at 3k44:

• Each game has its own rules. Please read the relevant game rules carefully before you start playing.
• In the event of disruption caused by a technical fault, 3k44 will review the game state and provide a fair resolution.
• 3k44 is not obliged to pay out winnings obtained due to an error in the game provider's system.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and opportunities for reconsideration are limited.
• 3k44 server logs are used to verify game results; screenshots provided by users are not accepted as evidence.
• If your internet connection is interrupted, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be determined automatically — 3k44 is not responsible for this.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k44 platform and if such conduct is identified, the account will be closed immediately:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to clean money from illegal sources.
• Cheating: Attempting to hack, manipulate or abuse the game software or communication systems.
• Collusion: Using multiple accounts or working with multiple individuals to manipulate bonuses or game results.
• Use of Bots: Playing or managing an account using automated software, bots or scripts.
• False Identity: Operating an account using a false name, address or identity documents.
• Bonus Abuse: Using the platform solely for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by User:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support.
• Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed.
• If self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened during that period.

Suspension or Closure by 3k44:

• In the event of a breach of terms, the account may be suspended without prior notice.
• If identity verification is incomplete, account activity may be restricted or suspended.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months) may be administratively closed.
• If there is a dispute regarding account closure, an appeal may be submitted through customer support.
